How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device to view, modify, or cancel your SlowPhone subscription.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund for any App Store purchase.

The app isn't working properly

Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, try deleting and reinstalling the app from the App Store. If you're still having trouble, please contact us with details about the issue and your device model.

How do I download videos for offline use?

With a Pro subscription, tap on any video to download it. Downloaded videos will be available even without an internet connection.

Is my data private?

Yes. SlowPhone collects no personal information, has no analytics, and shows no ads. Your settings sync through your own iCloud account. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
