SlowPhone is a mobile application that displays calming nature videos designed to help soothe children. The app offers free default video content and an optional Pro subscription for additional premium videos.
Subscription Terms
- Price: $2.99/month
- Free Trial: 7-day free trial for new subscribers
- Billing: Billed monthly through Apple App Store
- Renewal: Auto-renews unless cancelled 24 hours before period ends
- Cancellation: Cancel anytime through App Store settings
- Refunds: Handled by Apple per their refund policy
License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes
- Download Pro videos for offline viewing within the app
- Stream videos while subscription is active
You may not:
- Redistribute, sell, or share downloaded content
- Extract videos from the app
- Use content for commercial purposes
- Reverse engineer the app
Content Ownership
All video content is owned by or licensed to SlowPhone. Users retain no rights to downloaded content after subscription ends. Downloaded videos remain playable but new content is locked.
If Your Subscription Expires
- Previously downloaded videos remain on device
- You cannot select downloaded videos as active
- You cannot download new videos
- Resubscribing restores full access
Acceptable Use
- Use app as intended (video playback for calming)
- Don't attempt to circumvent subscription requirements
- Don't share account access
Disclaimers
- App is not a medical device or treatment
- Not a substitute for professional childcare advice
- Videos provided "as is" without warranty
- We're not liable for any damages from app use
Modifications
We may update these terms with notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated in-app.
Termination
We may terminate access for ToS violations. You may stop using the app at any time.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
